We can do a wide range of services from visual inspections, accepting deliveries, cleaning services, power washing, completing odd jobs, resetting your internet, and preparing your property for guests, renters, or your family to arrive.
Cleaning Services
We have vetted, used, and have a trusting relationship with several reputable cleaning services around the Lake of the Ozarks who are insured. Let us help you schedule a deep clean, weekly or monthly residential cleaning, or schedule cleaning for your vacation rental.
Security Checks
We conduct a thorough visual inspection of the interior and exterior of your property and notify you of any noticeable damage. We can also inspect specific areas of concern and send you digital images and a video.
Exterior Maintenance
With a crew who loves to work outdoors, we do power washing, staining, yardwork, mulching, and even can plant or water your flowers. We send you before and after photos.
Contractor Meet-Ups
We meet contractors or accept deliveries on your behalf. We will be on-site to give access to your home and lock it up afterward. We can send you photos of progress, delivery, or services you were provided by other contractors.
Odd Jobs
Our team has a good set of DIY skills, ranging from changing out light fixtures to replacing screens. Got an odd job? Please call us to see if we can assist you. We will let you know if we have the necessary experience to complete the job correctly. We also know reputable professional plumbers, electricians, and contractors.
Pricing
Our pricing is based on your location and the services you need. For example, we charge 10% of the cleaning fee to schedule cleaning and make sure it is complete. Maintenance is job-specific, and we send a quote beforehand. Emergency service calls range from $75-125/hour based on location and the type of emergency.
